HOw to use the mihu app
Our core service is developing technology which connects businesses and the customers on demand while making all businesses accessible. MIHU is customer initiated, and does not require the exchange of personal information.
Here’s how the app works step by step:
Customers:
Step 1: Download MIHU (user version) from app store or Playstore.
Step 2: Once downloaded, accessibility map will be launched for you to see which business have subscribed. You may also scroll through the list of businesses subscribed within a 31-mile radius.
Step 3: click on the desired location you would like to communicate with directly from the map, or search a business name on the next screen:
Step 4: Once connected, the name of the business will pop up at the top of the screen, click “Place order” to communicate via text with merchant.
Step 5: Press disconnect to clear conversation.
Businesses Users:
Step 1: Download MIHU (business version) from app store or Playstore.
Step 2: Once downloaded, register with email login & password.
Step 3: Fill out vendor profile with Name of business, address of location, city, state, zip code, & warm welcoming greeting, and then click subscribe.
Step 4: Once a customer is ready to use the app, the tablet will alert the business, tap OK then click connect, this will send out auto greeting to the customer.
Step 5: After the automatic greeting is received the remainder of the conversation will be via text.
Step 6: Click disconnect to erase conversation.
